PSY to Release New Single on April 13, Does "Gangnam Shake"

Depressed about paying your taxes? You can cheer yourself up by listening to a brand-new single by PSY the weekend before they're due. In a YouTube video, the South Korean rapper has announced that he's releasing a new song on April 13, and marking the occasion with a big show.

"April 13, 2013 is a new single, worldwide, all at the same time," he says, adding that he plans to perform a concert called "Happening" at Seoul World Cup Stadium in Korea. "You can see it live on YouTube, just for you," says PSY, before breaking into a bizarre dance which appears to be his version of the "Harlem Shake."

According to Billboard, the concert is expected to attract 50,000 fans, which is just a tiny fraction of the people who've watched the rapper's video for "Gangnam Style." The song is still in the top 30 on the Billboard Hot 100, thanks to its continued popularity on YouTube.
